California Consumer Privacy Act — Notice at Collection

This California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Disclosure ("Notice") is provided by Fuzov Agency FZE ("we," "us," or "our") to residents of the State of California pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (California Civil Code §§ 1798.100–1798.199), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).

This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and describes our practices specifically with respect to California residents. If you are not a California resident, this Notice does not apply to you.

2. Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

Category A — Identifiers: IP addresses, online identifiers, device identifiers, cookie IDs. Purpose: analytics, affiliate tracking, fraud prevention. Source: collected automatically when you visit our Site.

Category B — Internet or Network Activity: browsing history on our Site, pages visited, links clicked, referring pages. Purpose: analytics, improving Site performance, affiliate attribution. Source: collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.

Category C — Geolocation Data: approximate location derived from IP address (city/state level only). Purpose: content localization, analytics, compliance. Source: derived from IP address at the time of visit.

Category D — Commercial Information (Indirect): if you click an affiliate link and complete a purchase, we receive aggregated confirmation data (e.g., conversion confirmed, commission amount). Purpose: affiliate commission tracking. Source: provided by affiliate networks upon conversion confirmation.

Category E — Inferences: interest profiles derived from pages viewed and links clicked on our Site. Purpose: advertising targeting and content personalization. Source: derived from Categories A and B above.

3. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA (including Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or contents of communications).

4. Business Purposes for Collection

We collect personal information for the following purposes: operating and maintaining the Site; providing affiliate marketing services and tracking conversions; analytics and understanding user behavior; serving relevant advertisements; detecting and preventing fraud; complying with legal obligations.

5. Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Information

In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed personal information to the following categories of third parties: affiliate networks (e.g., ClickBank, ClickDealer) for conversion tracking and commission attribution; analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) for Site performance analysis; advertising platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook Ads) for retargeting and advertising campaign measurement; service providers who assist in operating our Site under data processing agreements.

6. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. Affiliate tracking data: up to 90 days. Analytics data: up to 26 months. Correspondence and inquiries: up to 3 years. Legal compliance records: as required by applicable law.

8. Your California Privacy Rights

8.1 Right to Know — You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes, and the third parties with whom we share it.

8.2 Right to Delete — You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

8.3 Right to Correct — You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

8.4 Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing — You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request.

8.5 Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — Although we do not collect sensitive personal information as a general practice, you have the right to limit its use if we do collect it.

8.6 Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If additional time is needed (up to 90 days total), we will notify you in writing. To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

10. Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. Please provide written authorization signed by you along with the request. We may require direct verification from you even when an authorized agent submits the request.

11. Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83)

We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.

12. Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

Our Site honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as required by the CPRA.

13. Updates to This Notice

We may update this CCPA Disclosure from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our Site with the effective date noted. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on our Site.
